Our initial product line is a linear and rotary actuator, the ALPHA I. This device utilizes our self-contained, valveless, reservoirless pump, the PUSH-PUMP™, which is driven by an advanced stepper motor. An integral, field-hardened, microprocessor controls the unit. Conventional control signals of analog (4 Ma - 20 Ma), pulse and two positions are standard as well as a 4 Ma - 20 Ma passive position transmitter.


The standard Alpha I actuator line consists of:

Alpha ILinear Alpha I

The immediate follow-on product is the Delta I drive. A drive unit is used in industry as the operator of a damper. By common usage, a damper controls the flow of combustion air into and out of a furnace or boiler. The application of a drive can be found in most industries. This unit does not require a fail-safe option and will be double acting; that is, motor rotation moves the unit in both directions. Although the Delta I drive shares many components with the Alpha I, the elimination of the return spring allows larger sizes and a higher rate of rotation. Specifications are as follows:
